The first four weeks of our new Boot Camp Club have been highly successful with big turnouts and smiling faces at the end of every session. They’re held every Sunday at 10am.
Boot Camp is an intensive training session that will help you get fitter, faster and stronger. Using functional exercises in the great outdoors it’s a brilliant way to lose some fat and tone up. From dragging tractor tires to squatting with sand bags Boot Camp will work almost every muscle in your body and you’ll be pushed hard all the way by our personal trainer, Kevin. Be prepared to get muddy and wet as every session will take place come rain, shine or even snow!
The class is also a great social experience and focuses on team work. Everyone will cheer you on no matter your ability or experience.
