There are now a range of clubs and fitness classes taking place at the sports centre from both outside providers and our in-house team of instructors.

Full Burn

NEW – Sport Wotton’s Fat Burn class uses simple body-weight exercises to get great results. Led by our in-house Personal Trainer, Stewart, Full Burn will be a high intensity but super-fun session. Thursdays at 18:30. £5 per class or £4 for fitness suite members.

HIIT Fit

A long-running and highly popular weekly class involving high-intensity intervals and circuits. A great way to build your cardiovascular fitness! Mondays at 18:15.

FatOff Dance Party

NEW – FatOff Dance Party is a fun new way to get fit and lose some fat. There’ll be loud music and disco lights and all you need to do is follow the dance teachers moves!

A new Boot Camp style class suitable for all ages from Classes with Alice. Outside and under floodlights on the Astro pitch. Monday at 18:00, £5 per person.

Sport Clubs

There are a wide range of sport clubs who use Sport Wotton’s facilities for training and match purposes. These include hockey, football, rugby, gymnastics, taekwon-do, tennis, badminton and netball. There’s something for all ages and abilities.
