Boot Camp

Beach Bodies

New for 2018 is our Beach Bodies class. An intensive training session to begin your journey towards the summer holiday season.

HIIT Fit

A long-running and highly popular bi-weekly class involving high-intensity intervals and circuits. Mondays and Thursdays at 18:15.

FatOff Dance Party

NEW – FatOff Dance Party is a fun new way to get fit and lose some fat. They’ll be loud music playing and party lights and all you need to do is follow the dance teachers moves!
